RITESH MAHARAJ

Ritesh is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), holds a Property Development and Investment qualification from UCT and is a Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) registered Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE). Having previously headed up finance departments at large listed and multinational companies, he has gained extensive exposure to Financial Reporting and Accounting, Risk and Controls, Human Resources, Information Technology, Company Secretarial and Procurement. He has extensive experience in the property sector having previously managed portfolios valued over R35bn with annual incomes exceeding R6bn and multi-billion-rand pipeline developments.
